Chapter 11. Understanding decision making

This chapter looks at some important questions:

  • What is a decision?
  • How do people make decisions?
  • How can you tell a good decision from a bad one?
  • What decisions do you have to make about how you make decisions?

Decision making is harder to understand than process automation. It's fluffier, with lots of complicated stuff going on.

You'll probably get a bit lost now and then. Have no fear! Persevere! (1) Ask questions. Find a study buddy. You'll figure it out.
