Add longer case studies

There are a bunch o' short examples throughout the text, but no long cases. What would instructors like to see here? Where would the cases come from?

I'm thinking this should be scattered throughout the book. For example, I might mix some EDI stuff into the TPS material. What do you think?

Should there be a chapter on this? I'm not sure.

More ethics

There's not much of a discussion on privacy. What should be added? Where in the book?
